1. Filling a landing request:
All landing requests are filed through Munawala (fbo@munawala.ae) and take approximately 10-20 minutes to be obtained. The following information and documents are required to be submitted along with your request::
a. Aircraft airworthiness certificate
b. Aircraft insurance certificate
c. Aircraft noise certificate
d. Aircraft registration/type/MTOW
e. Date and time of arrival
f. Date and time of departure (if known)
g. Flight origin
h. Number of passengers on board
2. Over flight permits:
Ensure all over flight permits have been obtained accordingly. In case you encounter any difficulties with your trip planning refer back to Munawala for assistance.
3. Immigration Procedures & Requirements:
Ensure that passengers hold relevant visas upon arrival and crew hold a completed general declaration along with a valid crew ID and passport. Kindly note that crew General Declaration is only valid for the period of 7 days (kindly contact the FBO in case further extension is required).
Passengers with the following nationalities do not require a VISA prior arrival:
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Vatican City.
Any nationality not listed above, requires a visa to be ready for collection prior arrival in the UAE. For more information on visa arrangements, kindly contact your embassy well in advance.
4. Hotel Arrangements:
