A seasoned HR strategist with over two decades of transformative leadership, Ms. Mona has a dynamic career spanning large corporations and high-growth startups. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer & Head of Strategic Partnerships at Wio Bank PJSC, her strategic acumen and thought leadership positively impact organizational development.

With a track record that includes roles such as Emiratisation Advisor to the Minister and Undersecretary for Emiratisation Affair with MOHRE, An Advisor & HR Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Vice President Human Resources Etihad Airways and Etihad Airways Engineering, Ms. Mona brings a wealth of experience. Her international footprint includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Tejari World and Acting CEO of Tejari China as well as VP Global HR and Training.
